Every product sold by RYNIKA.COM is covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Here’s what’s covered and how to make a claim.

Warranty Coverage

The warranty period begins on the date of delivery and varies by product category:

What’s Covered

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
  • Non-functional switches, keys or electronics present on arrival.
  • Hardware failures that occur during normal use within the warranty period.

What’s Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear, including keycap legend fading from use.
  • Damage from misuse, accidents, liquid spills, drops or unauthorized modification.
  • Damage caused by improper soldering, desoldering or DIY assembly.
  • Cosmetic issues that do not affect functionality.
  • Products with removed, altered or unreadable serial numbers.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

  1. Email [email protected] with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or a short video showing the defect.
  2. Our team reviews your claim, usually within 1–2 business days.
  3. If approved, we’ll repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion, and provide return instructions if needed.
Keep your order confirmation as proof of purchase — it’s required for any warranty claim. Warranty service applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
