We want you to love your build. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns and refunds work at RYNIKA.COM.
Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging with all included accessories.
Non-Returnable Items
- Keycaps, switches and other items that have been opened, used, soldered or installed.
- Custom, made-to-order, group-buy or clearance items (unless they arrive defective).
- Gift cards.
How to Request a Return
- Email us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Our team reviews your request and, if approved, sends you a return authorization and shipping instructions.
- Pack the item securely and ship it to the address we provide. Keep your return tracking number.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few additional days for the funds to appear.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged or defective item), we cover the return shipping.
- For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is our fault.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
Exchanges
Need a different switch type or keycap profile? Reach out and we’ll help you exchange an eligible item. The fastest way is to return the original item and place a new order.
