Order Processing

All in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. Pre-order and group-buy items ship according to the timeline listed on the product page.

Shipping Costs

  • Free standard delivery on all orders over $59.99.
  • For orders below the threshold, the exact shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
